"I highly recommend using Deaton Custom Pools for your pool building or pool maintenance needs. From the first time I met Cindy, I knew they would be a great company to work with because of the time and care that she took with us from the start. Cindy’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness make the design process a breeze. She was always willing to answer any questions and provide the information needed to make an informed decision. She does not pressure you and will be very candid about the upgrade options.

Once construction began, “Mr. Bud” (as my kids call him) was at our home nearly every day supervising the project and keeping the schedule on track. Bud was very responsive and went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns we had along the way. He made sure that the area was kept as tidy as possible during the build and that the mechanical workings of the pool were installed in logical and sound manner (e.g., pipes are not run all over the place, everything clearly labeled, waterfalls all have consistent flow). He even sent me status pictures and videos while I was out of town. The finished product is both beautiful and very well built.

Unlike other pool builders who disappear when they get your last check, they maintain the pool for several weeks afterwards to make sure the plaster is properly cared for and the chemical start up is done right. Deaton provides a seamless transition from design, build, start up to ongoing maintenance so there is peace of mind that comes with knowing that if anything were to go wrong, I know exactly who to call and completely trust that they will resolve it.

"I had been looking for a pool company to update our pool, one that I could trust to guarantee a professional job at a competitive price point. I was visiting a friend who had just had a complete makeover on his pool including installing an outdoor kitchen, I was in awe of how beautiful his pool and backyard kitchen were. He referred me to Deaton Custom Pools. They were everything a pool company could possibly be and more. Starting with our initial meeting they assisted in navigating my wife and I through our option from plaster, tile and coping designs. Once the work began they were extremely courteous and responsive, at least one of the owners was on the job site everyday ensuring the work was completed not only to our satisfaction but to theirs as well! The craftsmanship was incredible and the work was completed ahead of schedule. In addition unlike most other pool companies, they returned everyday after the work was completed to brush the pool, make sure the chemicals were balanced and provided excellent information to assist us in maintaining the pool going forward.
